E-mail use requires an account with an e-mail provider. A data plan for mobile internet is recommended.


Make sure that you have the following data:

  • POP3 server address (to receive e-mail)
  • POP3 username (usually your e-mail address)
  • POP3 password

  • Go to the Start screen.
  • Choose Settings.

  • Choose Passwords & Accounts.

  • If an error message is displayed, verify the settings and choose Save.
